About Us
FLOTA- Rising Stars after-school program/summer camp is funded by The Children's Trust. We are one of the primary after-school/summer programs in Homestead/Florida City and surrounding areas that meet impoverished youth's social, psychological, physical, and academic needs. We aim to serve youth (all genders) between the ages of 5 to 12 years. FLOTA- Rising Stars bring engaging and interactive programs to underserved families. Our primary program activities include academic support, art therapy, music, financial literacy, STEM, sports, health/wellness, and more. We happily welcome and serve students with disabilities.

After-school
Monday-Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Summer Camp (Applications Open Spring/2025)
Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(excluding observed holidays)
