Tardiness: Arrival for the preschool Is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m, and kindergarten by 8:30 a.m. Student arrivals should be signed in at the front office. The earliest time arrivals will be accepted is 7:00 a.m. The instructional day starts between 8:30 a.m - 9:00 a.m. and all children are expected to be in place and ready to start the day. Arrivals after the start time are disruptive to the group in progress and difficult for the arriving child as well. We understand that it is occasionally unavoidable to be “running late”, but more than twice during the school year this will not be acceptable and will be cause for termination from the program.
Absence: Daily attendance in the program is necessary for optimal learning, however, you will be allowed (3) absences during Program year. Any absences beyond those require a written note from the parent or doctor's note. Future Leaders of Tomorrow Christian Academy will allow one documented 3-day absence during the 10-month instructional period.
Please note: Absences of 3 or more consecutive instructional days without notifying the Director/Principal will be considered a withdrawal from the program at Future Leaders of Tomorrow Christian Academy. Withdrawals from the program will not be eligible for re-enrollment.
All payments are due in advance of services. The amount due does not change when the Program is closed due to holidays. Future Leaders of Tomorrow Christian Academy follow the Department of Children and Families Legal Holiday Calendar. A calendar has been provided in the information packet. A reduced rate is available for families with more than one child enrolled in the Program.
Each child’s slot in the Program is reserved for him or her only. Payment is due regardless of
attendance. If a child is absent the weekly payment is still required on the due date of those program weeks. However, a reduce rate is still due to keep your child enrollment status active. Weekly payments are due on or before the first day of the payment week. Payment options include cash, check, money order or credit/debit (processing fee). Please make check/money order payable to the FLOTA, INC. Please include your child’s name on the check memo.
Late Tuition: The Preschool Program reserves the right to impose a $25 past due payment penalty per week and/or to revoke the enrollment of any parent whose account is past due. Tuition is due every Monday to avoid late fees. No child will be accepted on Tuesday morning without full tuition payment upon drop off. If tuition payment becomes a problem, please contact the Program Director so that a payment plan can be arranged and participation in the Program can continue.
Our educational framework is founded on the wisdom of Proverbs 22:6, which emphasizes the importance of training up a child in the way they should go, so that when they are old, they will not depart from it. At our school, we believe in instilling Christian values and principles in our students. We do this in various ways, including weekly bible study sessions and the use of the Abeka Christian curriculum. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded education that not only develops students academically, but also spiritually and morally so that they can become responsible, compassionate, and God-fearing individuals.
